New Music Gear Monday: Non-Lethal Applications Snapshot 2

Non-Linear Applications Snapshot 2 image

Do you use outboard gear when you mix? If so, you probably have a way to document the gear settings so you can repeat them if a mix revision is needed. But what happens if you can’t find the documentation? Snapshot 2 from Non-Lethal Applications is a way that you can attach your documentation to your DAW file so it’s always handy when you need it.

Snapshot 2 allows you to store images and text notes either from local drives or Dropbox directly into your DAW. It has a resizable user interface from 100 to 200% so you can see all of the fine tuning in a graphic, and it adds almost no CPU load.

The app works with any digital workstation that supports AAX, AU or VST plug-in formats, and it currently supports macOS 10.9 or higher and Windows 10.

Here’s the best news though – Snapshot 2 is totally free. Download it from the Non-Lethal website.
