TV Composer Rich Tozzoli On My Latest Inner Circle Podcast

My guest on my latest podcast is television composer and author Rich Tozzoli. Rich has written an incredible 16,000 music cues that have been used on more than 10,000 cue sheets on 714 television series!

Rich is not only a great composer but he’s also a talented engineer as well, and the author of several books, including the The Ultimate Guitar Tone Handbook that we wrote together. He also regularly writes for a number of pro audio and guitar magazines like Pro Sound News and Premier Guitar.

We had a great conversation where Rich gave me the inside scoop on his composition and mixing tricks, but we also talked about the new world of guitar amp emulators and got geeky on plugins too.

On the intro I’ll talk about how songwriting credits have changed since the Robin Thicke “Blurred Lines” lawsuit, and how Gibson is now selling guitars in Walmart.
