Saturday Night Live has been around for a long time and music has always been a big part of the show. Yes, the musical guests are important, but it has a smoking hot band that’s at the show’s heartbeat. Not only that, music makes up a big part of many of the sketches, which is often overlooked by the casual observer. This video gives you a look at the SNL Music Department and how all of those elements come together for a typical show.
