Voice-Over Artist Andrew Peters, Spotify Hardware, And Tinnitus Relief On My Latest Inner Circle Podcast

My guest on the podcast today is Andrew Peters, who started as popular radio personality and eventually transitioned to television as the host of Australian music shows like Rock Arena, Trax, Simulrock, the Live Aid broadcast, and interviewer for the MTV special Australian Made.

After 20 years on radio and television he’s become one of the top voice actors in SouthEast Asia, Australia and New Zealand. His voice is heard by millions every day as the current network voice for Channel News Asia, Dubai Eye 103.8, Radio M classic rock, and on numerous television, radio, and corporate spots.

In the interview we talked about Andrew losing his North London accent to get into radio, making the transition to television, the learning curve required for voice-over work, some cool voice-over tricks, the difference between Australian and American home studios, and much more. Andrew and I spoke via Source Connect Now from his home in Australia, where it was truly a pleasure to listen to his big booming voice..

On the intro I’ll talk about the fact that Spotify is soon going to be in the hardware business, and research have finally found a way to reduce tinnitus.
